This high customer service inclination lead him to deeply engage the technology associated with NavigatorCRE for market overviews, digital tours, analytics and transaction processing from valuation to Offering Memorandums, offer management, Due diligence and closing.  The growth of his business has been exponential both in terms of number and size of new business, but also in terms of Revenue and marketshare. He now contributes to Navigator as a core user, advisor and board director. ​

George Petrie
President and CEO - Goodman Real Estate

George has served as the chief operating officer of the Pinnacle Family of Companies since 2010, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Goodman Real Estate since 2005 and has been a principal in Global Hospitality Investments since 2006. He started his career at Unico Properties in 1989 as a financial analyst with the construction and leasing departments during the development of Two Union Square, a 1.1 million square foot Class A office building in Seattle. George earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington. He is a certified public accountant and holds a number of professional real estate credentials. George has been selected to serve as a NavigatorCRE director because of his experience in the commercial real estate industry and his knowledge of the commercial real estate, asset and property management business.

Tom Gonser

Has the founder and chief strategy officer, DocuSign has become the global standard of SaaS-based electronic signing. Tom began his career in large, successful companies such as Apple Computer, Wildfire Communications, McCaw Cellular, and AT&T Wireless, then launched and ran several companies focused on SaaS, Financial Services, and GPS Technology. Experienced in corporate development, raising venture capital, strategic business planning, M&A, international business expansion, and business model development. ​​

Mark Weber

Paul Johnson

Paul is the founder of Paul Conrad LLC, a private investment fund and advisory service for fast growth companies both on and offline. He serves on the boards of privately held technology companies: Evox Images, Intellectual Technologies, PEAK Marketing Solutions and Yonder. He serves as a Director of Huntington Memorial Hospital, the Gesner-Johnson Family Foundation and is the Chairman of the San Gabriel Valley YPO/WPO “49’er” Chapter. Mr. Johnson served as President and CEO of Kelley Blue Book until 2012; he led the company’s transition from a regional trade-publishing guide to a diversified technology-based information, media and market research company. Prior to Kelley Blue Book, he held management positions in marketing and strategic planning at Nestlé, ConAgra, and Chiquita. He holds a BA in Economics from Whitman College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Paul Moulton

​Paul is the EVP and CIO of Costco Wholesale Corporation. In this role, Moulton is responsible for the direction of all technology and information systems of Costco Wholesale worldwide. Moulton has been with Costco for 30 years and has served on the company’s executive committee for 23 years. Moulton currently has been appointed by the governor to serve on the State of Washington Technology Services Board, is the chairman of the board of directors of Agros International, member of the Board of Heritage University in Toppenish, Washington, a member of the Founding Board for the University Of Washington’s Information School. He has held the following positions at Costco: EVP of real estate development worldwide; EVP of marketing, e-commerce, member services, travel and community relations; SVP of international operations (managing director of Costco Asia and Costco Europe); VP of finance and corporate treasurer; director of budgeting and strategic planning. ​

Johnathan Roberts

Jonathan Roberts is a Founder and Partner of Ignition. He invests in business application and services companies and is a director on the boards of AVST, Docusign, Spoken and Earth Class Mail. Prior to Ignition Roberts spent 13 years at Microsoft, most recently as General Manager of the Windows CE Intelligent Appliance Division, where he was responsible for developing new WinCE products, product marketing, business development and long-term planning for the Windows CE platform as well as the retargeting of the Microsoft’s PocketPC effort. Roberts led the marketing and business efforts for Windows 3.1, 3.11, Windows NT 3.51, NT 4.0, BackOffice 1.0, Windows 98 and NT 4.0 on the Desktop, and finally all of Windows CE including embedded, Pocket PC, Auto, Phones, Set-top, Games, etc. Roberts received his B.A. in history from the University of Washington where he was also Student Body President. In addition to his Ignition boards, Jonathan was formerly on the executive committees of Epiphany School and the University of Washington Foundation Board.

Scott Hardman

Scott has extensive experience in the sale of companies, as well as finance and management. A Managing Director of Alexander Hutton for the past eighteen years, he focuses on manufacturing, technology and healthcare transactions. Previously, he established the international division of a financial consulting firm, where he consulted with banks and businesses across the United States and in 28 countries on questions pertaining to finance, valuation and management. He serves on numerous corporate, charitable and institutional boards of directors including UW Medicine/Northwest Hospital. Active in public affairs, he was a candidate for the United States Senate and previously served as the Chair of the State of Washington’s Economic Development Finance Authority. Scott holds several graduate degrees, including an MBA from the University of Washington. ​​

Tom Claeys
VP Sales - ExtraHop Networks

​Tom Claeys has more than 20 years of experience in the networking and software industries, spanning sales management, operations, channel management and strategic partnerships. He built the original sales teams as VP of Sales and also served in VP Channel and VP Business Development roles for Seattle based ExtraHop Networks. Prior to ExtraHop, he led Netifice’ $35 million SSL Managed Services business unit responsible for developing, selling and supporting SSL managed services to leading service providers and enterprises worldwide. Tom’s leadership at Aventail Corporation, successfully shifted its distribution strategy from a retail to a wholesale operation, partnering with global market leaders such as AT&T, Sprint, MCI and SITA SC. Prior to Aventail, he was the vice president of sales and business development at Widevine Technologies, a media security company which sold to Google. At F5 Networks, he grew channel sales from zero to $70 million a year. He has also held senior roles at Software Spectrum and Micropath and studied Economics at Gonzaga University.
